2001-2004.5 GM/CHEVROLET 6.6L DURAMAX LB7 FUEL INJECTOR (NEW NOZZLES, NEW STATORS, NEW CONTROL VALVES, NEW INLET FITTINGS)
This is a Premium Remanufactured 6.6L LB7 Duramax fuel injector.
The 8th digit of the VIN will identify which engine model you have. LB7 engines have "1" as the 8th digit of the VIN.
Each injector is built with Brand New Internal components, includes New Nozzle.
Comes with New Combustion Seal and O-rings for installation.
Every injector is individually tested on a state of the art test bench to ensure they meet OE specifications.
Every injector test consists of: solenoid performance, response time, back leak flow test, full load test, mid load test, idle test, pre-injection test, and emission test points.

TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL INJECTOR INSTALLATION:
- Follow manufacturer installation procedure and torque specifications.
- Thoroughly clean and inspect injector bores (in cylinder head).
- Verify copper combustion seals are installed on new injectors and the old combustion seals were removed with previous injectors.
- Replace fuel filter.
- Flush and inspect all fuel lines between filter and injectors. Replace any fuel line with corrosion or damage.
Install Specs:
Injector hold-down bolts: 37 lb-ft.
Injector return-line bolts: 106 inch-lbs.
Fuel return Banjo bolt to head: 12 lb-ft.
Lower valve-cover bolts: 89 inch-lbs. (twice)
Injector wiring harness bracket: 80 inch-lbs.
Injector terminal connectors: 18 inch-lbs.
Upper valve-cover bolts: 71 inch-lbs.
Core Policy: These injectors include a $100 core deposit for each injector set ordered. This is 100% refundable upon receipt of your old unit(s). Cores must be the exact application that was ordered for full credit. Cores that are physically damaged (cracked, melted, or broken) will not be refunded. There should not be any visible signs of rust, fire damage, water damage, or excessive force on any and all parts. Missing parts, if applicable, will void core refund. Cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase date for full refund. After 30 days, the core will be prorated 25% per month.
